This year, it will be held for the first time at the @marquisgardensevents at the Waterfront Hotel in downtown Burlington, Saturday, June 22nd. Emily spoke to Miriam Martens, Public Programs Coordinator, who spoke about the legacy of the Brant Inn and this feature fundraising event for the museum. Did you know Marilyn Monroe as well as Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald came to the Brant Inn. As well as Benny Goodman, Guy Lombardo, Duke Ellington, Count Basie Sophie Tucker and Johnny Matthis. These were the Michael Buble, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé of the 1940s, 50s and 60s!
