🌊 We recently sat down with Mark Zelinski — award winning photographer, publisher, and creator of Niagara Escarpment: Land Between Waters. What began over 14 years ago as a photography project became something much deeper. A return to land. A return to water. And a shift — from capturing images… to listening. 🪶 Listening to the Land At the recent World Water Day gathering at University of Toronto, we witnessed something powerful. Indigenous voices sharing knowledge rooted in relationship — not just observation. Including leaders and knowledge holders such as Carolyn King, Tim Johnson, and Brooke Holdsworth. These are not just perspectives — they are lived relationships with land and water. Some of those moments, which we were grateful to witness and capture, reflect the deeper intention behind this work. 🌿 More Than a Book Land Between Waters brings together Indigenous knowledge, environmental insight, and community voices.
